The recently concluded charity pickleball tournament, organized by Dolores Leppich, unfolded at the Sportcenter Donaucity with an enthusiastic atmosphere and a unique twist to the game. With the motto “It’s a Good Day to Stay Out of the Kitchen,” players and spectators alike anticipated a day filled with fun, sportsmanship, and charitable contributions.

The winners were determined by the highest number of wins throughout the event. Approximately 30 participants registered for the event, highlighting the growing popularity of pickleball and the community’s willingness to engage in philanthropy through sports.

A total of €400 was collected during the event, and the entire amount is designated on financing the education of children in a remote village in Madagascar.
